A safe and constructive place where we can work on an individual level around the stumbling blocks and sticking points that prevent you from doing the things you'd wish to do. If need be, classic CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) techniques can also be used, but the philosophy of the approach will stay true to ACT. The individual approach allows for even more flexibility and tailor-made interventions. The pace can be completely adjusted to your needs and skills-level.
